Don't expect miracles for nothing and you'll be fine!

I haven't started this batch of Lipofuze yet, but I had them at one point last year to try to slim right up and achieve my dream weight of about 200 pounds or 90 kg's. I was 270 pounds/120kg's at the time. It was a lot to ask of a diet pill.

I was motivated to lose the weight, I really wanted a pill to enhance and speed up the rate of weight lost. I liked the ingredients in Lipofuze they seemed to be relatively recognized. I took two months worth, taking two a day for the first 3 weeks/month and started to really notice a difference. I dropped back to 1 pill a day for the last 5 weeks. I took these pills combined with a low fat and regulated carbohydrate diet, plenty of water, plus I exercised twice a day. I would run for 20 minutes in the morning and then at some stage in the day I would either do a minor workout in my room (sit ups/push ups) and another run or bike a 6 mile round trip at a leisurely pace to a gym where I would do half and hour of weights and half and hour of cardio. Most would say that's quite a lot - I agree, but the pills help your body embrace the exercise. I was losing a lot of weight and had boundless energy despite my low carb intake each day. It was becoming very easy to exercise. I really felt all my muscles respond positively and tighten with Lipofuze. My hunger was controlled and it got to a point where anything I ate I felt my body respond to. If it was light and healthy I felt great and had stacks of energy, if it wasn't I felt full, clogged up and sick - had to lie down. I saw a difference. Even people who haven't seen me in 5 years say there's a big difference. I look at pictures of myself and sometimes can't believe how different I am. The net effect is I got down to 210pounds/93kg's and looked great - felt amazing. I have managed to keep most of it off only gaining 10kg but that's over a course of a year with little exercise and an unsettled lifestyle. I have bought Lipofuze again and when I am in a position where I can exercise properly and eat right 6 days a week (cos you should have one splurge day each week) then I will start on this lot of Lipofuze. If you are in a position where you can take your life goals and weight loss seriously then Lipofuze will help you. If you aren't and you wanna pop em without doing any exercise and not watching what you eat - they won't, you'll waste money. You have to be motivated and focused to lose. Simple.

And for the record, you don't get nauseated, dizzy or heartburn from this product IF you use as directed, one pill half and hour before breakfast and lunch. If you take them and then don't eat - you will fell like crap. Take strictly as directed. Drink lots of water! They'll work, if you do!

I RECOMMEND BUYING LIPOFUZE

I workout six days a week and I'm very conscious about what I eat. Well, my body hit a plateau and I actually started to put on weight. So, I upped my workout routine, cut down on my calories, and ordered LIPOFUZE. Over the next month, I lost 6 pounds. I continued my new workout routine and diet, but stopped taking LIPOFUZE, but I immediately gained 3 pounds back. LIPOFUZE does work, but if you are looking for a miracle drug that is going to miraculously melt away 50 pounds, THOSE DRUGS DON'T EXIST. LIPOFUZE will give you reasonable results when combined with diet and exercise.

Waste of money

This was a waste of money. No weight lost and it was no help at all with curbing my hunger. I still have 2.5 bottle of it to go before they're all gone. Don't waste your money.
